Buffet Pricing
• All prices are per person (++, before service charge & tax). Pricing varies by lunch/dinner session, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Weekdays (Mon–Fri): Lunch RM298++ (11 AM & 1 PM) · Dinner RM328++ (6 PM & 8 PM)
• Weekends & Public Holidays: Lunch RM328++ · Dinner RM338++
• Child & Senior: RM158++ all sessions for children 95–145 cm and senior citizens (60 years and above). FREE for children below 95 cm.
Dining Sessions & Time Limits
• Your dining session starts and ends based on your scheduled reservation time, not your arrival time.
• Strict 2-hour limit: last orders are taken 1.5 hours (90 minutes) into your session.
Lunch: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Deposit & Booking Policy
• To secure your booking: a deposit is required for all reservations of two (2) guests and above.
• Larger / further-out bookings: for 4+ guests, or reservation dates more than 14 days ahead, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to collect the deposit.
• On the day: the full deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill.

Cancellations & No-Shows
• 7-Day Notice: cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance (fresh ingredients are ordered directly from Japan).
• 30-Minute Grace Period: no-shows without prior notice within 30 minutes of the reservation time forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling / Refunds: last-minute cancellations are non-refundable; rescheduling is recommended. For refund requests, notify us at least 1 day in advance.
Restaurant Rules & Payments
• Food Wastage Penalty: RM298 per 100g of leftovers.
• 100% Cashless: we only accept credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or QR payments.
